Training schedule 2018:

 

 

 

Monday:         Aikido – Juniors (8 years+) – 6-7pm
                         Aikido – Advanced – 7-9pm

 

Wednesday: Toitsu Do (Japanese Yoga) & Meditation – 7-8pm
                         Aikido (beginners) – 7-8pm
                         Aikido – Advanced – 8-9pm
Thursday:      Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation – 7-8.30pm

 

 

Saturday:      Toitsu Do (Japanese Yoga) & Meditation – 10-11am
                         Aikido (beginners)  – 10-11.30am
                         Aikido – Advanced – 11.30- 12.30pm
**Notices: Session cancellation Tai Chi & Chi Kung practise cancelled on Thursday the 16th August next session usual time 7-8.30pm Thursday 23rd August!!!** All other classes as per schedule!
