Monday:         Aikido – Juniors (10 years+) – 6-7pm
                         Aikido – Advanced – 7-9pm

 

Wednesday: Mind-Body Development – 7pm-8pm
                         Aikido & Mind-Body – 7pm-8pm
                         Aikido – Advanced – 8-9pm
Thursday:      Tai Chi, Chi Kung & Meditation – 7-8.30pm

 

 

Saturday:       Mind-Body Development – 10-11am
                         Aikido & Mind-Body – 10-11.30am
                         Aikido – Advanced – 11.30- 12.30pm
